Lawn Fawn + Hero Arts: Big Thanks Blog Hop

Today I am part of a very special blog hop celebrating 45 years of Hero Arts! Lawn Fawn has teamed up with Hero Arts to create a very special stamp set called Big Thanks and I just love these little rhinos, so cute.

And here is my cute card I created with this very special collaboration set. I colored my images with Polychromo colored pencils and used Fall Fling paper for my background.

There will be 3 prizes, drawn from comments left across the blog hop:

- One winner will receive the stamp set and dies!
- One winner will receive a $25 shopping spree at Lawn Fawn
- One winner will receive a $25 shopping spree at Hero Arts

Hoppers have until Sunday, September 29 to leave their comments, and the winner will be announced on the Hero Arts blog the following week.

Be sure to hop and comment for your chance to win! :)

Next stop on the hop is Elena Roussakis. But if you get lost here is the whole list!

Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week: Ho-Ho-Holidays

It's time again for Lawn Fawn Inspiration week! Today we are featuring Ho-Ho-Holidays.  I have a couple cards to share.

I used the dark snowy pattern paper and inked the edges with pine needles distress ink.  For the bottom I used the village border cut from black cardstock.  I inked the top of the village with white ink using a blending brush and then added textured embossing powder to the tops of the houses for a snowy look. The sentiment is heat embossed with silver embossing powder.

My second card features lots of pattern paper from the Snow Day Remix collection.

I kept it simple by creating a little scalloped rectangle panel from pattern papers with the outside in stitched scalloped rectangle stackables. I added the sentiment with white embossing powder onto a peacock cardstock sentiment banner and sprinkled some die cut mini snowflakes. I added a little glitter using the glitter marker for some sparkle.

Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more Ho-Ho-Holidays inspiration!

STAMPtember Exclusive: Snow Bunnies

It's that time of year about, time for Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember! And as always there is an exclusive Lawn Fawn set for STAMPtember that is only avaliable while quantities last. Introducing Snow Bunnies! (they are adorably cute!)

I made a flippin' awesome card with this new set and used the new River Rock ink to stamp out my images for a softer look to the bunnies.

These little bunnies met up in the snow and decided to make a snow rabbit together.

Be sure and check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more projects and a video by Kelly with this super cute set!
