Lawn Fawn + Scrapbook Adhesives: Birthday Airplanes

Hello! This week the Lawn Fawn design team is teaming up with Scrapbook Adhesives to share some projects using both brands of products!

I actually used quite a few Scrapbook Adhesive products on my card.  I used the black photo corners to adhere and frame up my background panel which I die cut with an outside in stitched rectangle and the stitched cloud backdrop.  The background is inked with tumbled glass and broken china distress ink.

I also die cut some of the adhesive foam sheets with the simple puffy cloud dies and coated them in Prisma glitter. I used foam adhesive squares in both the regular thickness and the thin (which is my favorite) and finally I used the Mini Dotz to adhere down all the die cut hearts.

Check out the Lawn Fawn blog for projects using Scrapbook Adhesives all week long.

Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week: For You, Deer

Hello! Today is the last day of Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week. We are featuring the set For You, Deer which is super cut with the little bums for the animals and you can make fun bookmarks or tags with this set and the coordinating dies.

I created a little pocket to tuck my bookmark into and put that on the front of my card.  I used some thin foam adhesive to create the pocket  so there was plenty of room for my bookmark to slide in and out because it is made up of 4 layers of paper.

I thought it would be fun to use this set to make a birthday card. I used Happy Happy Happy for the sentiment.  The "happy" is white embossed on Mermaid cardstock and die cut while the "birthday" is white embossed on a die cut banner in peacock cardstock.

My little bookmark is double sided with two layers of the pattern paper and the back side of course has the bear's cut little backside. :)

Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more projects with For You Deer as well as projects featuring the Scalloped Treat Box Winter House Add-On dies.

Lawn Fawn September Inspiration Week: Christmas Dreams

Hello again! Today for Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week I have a Christmas card to share using the cute set Christmas Dreams.

I went back to some simple paper piecing with the Knit Picky paper collection by white embossing the tree and rug onto the green and red pattern papers.  The little dog is stamped with Walnut ink on kraft cardstock and the dream cloud is Narwhal ink on white cardstock.  The only color I did on this card was the little bone and the cookies and milk. I added some Cherry Jewels from Lucy's Cards to the garland of the tree and some Prisma glitter along the edges. I also added Silver Stickles to the star.

The sentiment is white embossed on Chili Pepper cardstock cut with a Sentiment banner and I also die cut little hearts on the ends. I finished it off with some clear sequins like little dreamy bubbles all around.

Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more Christmas Dreams projects
