Hello friends!
Happy Saturday. It is rare I get to make stuff just because, but my friend Kelly Latevola challenged me to the Rainbow Challenge so I had to play a little. Who doesn't like rainbows right? This card had A LOT of stamping but I think the end result was totally worth the planning and patience.
So no that is not pattern paper in the background that is all stamping! I used the Simon Says Lots of Dots stamp set to create this background with a rainbow of ink staring from left to right with Hollyhock, Melon, Duckling, Celery Stick, Maliblue & Lavender.
I die cut the frame, sentiment and hearts from black cardstock to pop on the colorful background. I also cut the scripty hugs sentiment from a rainbow of matching cardstock and stacked them to give the sentiment dimension.
To finish off added a layer of black wink of stella glitter and then glossy accents over top for some sparkle & shine.
Thanks for stopping by!
Oh WOW Chari, this is PRETTY! You certainly stepped up to the challenge! A beautiful card!
