Lawn Fawn April Inspiration Week: Scripty Friends + Scripty Mom
It's Lawn Fawn inspiration week and today we are playing with all the new scripty word dies and border dies. I have three cards to share using these new dies.
First up is Scripty Friends. I think this might be one of my favorite scripty word dies, I just love the look of the bold loopy font. I blended my background using Sunflower, Carrot & Plastic Flamingo inks. The Pink is blended with orange so it is not very pink but I like the nice glow it creates.
I colored my Critters in the Jungle with colored pencils and used Harold's ABCs to finish off the sentiment. I added some sparkle doodlebug sprinkles in white to finish it off.
My second card I kept clean and simple by stamping Penelope's Blossoms on the left side then nestling my die cut sentiment into the blooms.
I cut the sentiment from cardstock that matches the ink colors and stacked them to create a thick die cut with all the colors on the edges.
On my last card for today I die cut the Happy Mother's Day border from cardstock covered with fabric tape. I used the stitched rectangle frame dies to create a frame for my card in Guava cardstock. and added lots of love (or hearts) behind the sentiment.
Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn Blog for more projects with these great dies! Thanks for stopping by today!
