Spring Daffodils

Hello!
The weather is starting to get warmer so I just had to share this springy card I made last week.  I used the Simon Says Stamp exclusive set Friendship Blooms to make this bright card that makes me long for the bloom of spring!

I clear embossed the images on white cardstock and used distress inks to color them. I used scattered straw, fossilized amber and spiced marmalade on the flowers and twisted citron and lucky clover for the leaves and stems.  I stamped the background with Lawn Fawn Gingham backdrops in Sugarplum ink.

I cut the frame with the new stitched frames from Lawn Fawn then colored it by blending dried marigold and worn lipstick distress ink.

Thanks for stopping by today, have a nice weekend!
