Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week: Happy Everything & A Birdie Told Me

Hello Friends, it's Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week! Today we are featuring 2 sets, A Birdie Told Me & Happy Everything.  We are featuring these two sets together because they work together wonderfully. The great collection of sentiments in Happy Everything fit into the speech bubbles in A Birdie Told Me.  How fabulous is that?? Here is what I created using these two great sets!

I clear embossed a bunch of the speech bubbles on Neenah white cardstock then applied Wild Honey, Picked Raspberry & Peacock Feathers distress inks to create the bright background.  The white bubble & sentiments are embossed in black and the little birdie is colored with copics.

  10. Another WOW- fantastic distressing! I have a question about white embossing vs. clear embossing the balloons - is there a particular reason you chose to clear emboss?

    1. I think clear embossing powder melts much cleaner than white, so if I can get away with clear I usually choose that over white.

  18. I am so freakin inspired right now, I'm sad to be at work!!! This card is so bright and fun Chari, I absolutely LOVE it!! I'm totally getting {distress} inky today! This set is the one I'm MOST looking forward to in the newest LF release! I purchased the word bubbles from Paper Smooches, and they're great, but they lacked that Fawny Whimsy! I need these!
