Hello all my crafty friends! I haven't posted in awhile because life has been busy, so I figured I needed to post a few cards before leaving for vacation tomorrow. The hubby and I are headed to Kauai, Hawaii tomorrow morning for our honeymoon, Yay! We are so excited, I have never been before. I am not looking forward to the plane ride however, talk about a long trip! Anyway, today I have a few cards to share so I will get right to it.
My first card is for
Card Patterns Sketch 114. I was very excited to be a guest designer for card patterns this week, also this is my first Guest Designer spot ever! I hope you all go and play along this week, I would love to see your creations when I return. I finally used my Lawn Fawn Sew Lovely stamps for this one.
Supplies:
Stamps: Lawn Fawn Sew Lovely
Paper: Echo Park Walk In the Park, Bazzil Basics Cardstock (Rain & French Vanilla)
Ink: Jenni Bowlin Brown Sugar & Chicken Feed
Other: DeNami Buttons, Brown embroidery Floss
The next card I want to share is my submission for this week's
Lawnscaping Challenge #9 "Let's Party." If you haven't participated in a Lawnscaping Challenge yet you should really try it. The Design team is fabulous and so sweet and there is always a fun challenge every other Monday.
Supplies:
Stamps: Lawn Fawn Bake Me a Cake, Sophie's Sentiments, Hats off to you
Paper: Echo Park Walk in the Park Paper Pad, Bazzil Basics Cardstock (Rain & French Vanilla)

And finally my Mom asked me to make a card for her to give my grandmother for Mother's Day. I made some mini rolled roses with my new My Favorite Things die for this card and I really like how it turned out. I am also submitting this to
Wee Memories because it has elements of this week's challenge (color, floral, ribbon & stamps).

Stamps: Paper Smooches Pretty Phrases, Lawn Fawn Harold's ABCs (inside sentiment "Happy Mother's Day), Envelope: Paper Smooches Falling for you, Stampendous Pattern Trio
Paper: October Afternoon Five & Dime Paper Pad
Ink: Distress Ink Worn Lipstick & Tea Dye, VersaMark, Jenni Bowlin Cough Syrup & Chewing Gum (envelope)
Other: Zing White Embossing Powder, My Favorite Things Mini Rolled Roses Die, Liquid Pearls Buttercup
Whew, that was a lot to share, but I will be gone for a whole week so I wanted to share everything before I leave. I will have much catching up to do when I get back to see all the craftiness you all have been up to while I am gone. Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you all have a wonderful Mother's Day and a fabulous week. I will post pictures of our trip when I return! Aloha!
